Established in 2001, Eagle Rock Excavating, LLC is a Tucson, Arizona-based civil construction company specializing in full site development. Our management team has more than 70 years experience in commercial, residential, subdivision and retail property development.

We’re a Tucson owned company with strong roots. Our team is led by Matt Hazen, a University of Arizona graduate in Civil Engineering. We are affiliated with Canyon Building & Design, a Tucson company that has built a reputation for providing smart, quality construction that compliments the beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
